Returns are accepted on full‑priced items only, provided they are paid in full. Sale items may be exchanged only, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if a sale or clearance item is faulty or incorrect, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All return requests must be made and items shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
All return shipping costs, as well as the cost of re‑shipping exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. To help us process your refund more quickly, please include a note inside the package with your order number or return address.
