How much does delivery cost?
Standard Delivery (3 to 5 working days) – £3.99
Express Signed Delivery (next day, excluding weekends) – £10.99
Where do we deliver?
We currently deliver to England, Wales, and Scotland.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive your product.
Terms :
- Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, unless faulty or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
- Please include your returns address on the package to assist in identifying the order. Failure to do so may result in delay in processing the refund.
Can I refund an item on clearance sale?
We strive to offer great deals on our clearance items. Please note the following policy regarding clearance purchases:
1. Non-Refundable & Final Sale
All clearance items are final sale and are non-refundable. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned for a refund.
2. Exchanges & Store Credit
We do not offer exchanges or store credit for clearance items unless the item is faulty or not as described.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect clearance item, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with proof of the issue.
4. How to Report a Faulty Item
Contact us via email on kayzcollection@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
By purchasing a clearance item, you agree to these terms. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can exchange an item as long as it is in the same condition as received and the tag is intact. You have 14 days from receiving the order to make an exchange.
How do I make an exchange?
Please email us with your query, and we will respond within 48 hours.
Do I need to pay for delivery when exchanging an item?
Yes, exchange delivery costs are not covered by us.
How long will it take to receive my exchanged item?
Your exchanged item will be sent once we receive the original item. The delivery time depends on the selected delivery method (Standard or Express).
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before product is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via email
What happens if my package gets lost?
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it (subject to additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
- If an order is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
- If an order is lost due to an error on our part or by the courier, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
